Our philosophy is that ‘a protected employee is a protected employer’ Our aim is prevention rather than cure. However, we understand that this is not always possible and are on hand to deal with and advise on the optimum solution to any problem large or small. All advice is based on both legal and HR experience and expertise.

Most SMES don’t require a full time dedicated HR manager, but the requirement to be legally compliant with law, codes of practice and procedures still applies. JHR Solutions can act as your outsource employee relations partner which is an economic, reliable and efficient way to meet your obligations. This service can be offered through an annual outsource fee or through consultancy on an ad hoc basis as issues arise. JHR Solutions also offers up to date qualified training to management on all employment related matters.

We are delighted to offer a first consultation with you, followed by a review of your company’s policies and procedures, handbook and contracts to identify breaches or non compliance. This service would normally cost from €1,200 but is offered to all Prosper members at €700.
