I
firmly believe in credit where credit is due,
and this month at Commercial Wireless we are
very proud of our Installation Team. Three members
of the team, Shane Coughlan, Trevor Baine and
Christy O'Connor all successfully completed
a prestigious course, titled "Installation
and Trouble Shooting". The course, run
by Gemini Tech, is City and Guilds approved.
This qualification just proves
what I was sure of - that our Installations
Team are the best in the business. Christy,
who has been installing car kits for seven years,
is based in Limerick, and covers the South-west
of the country. The rest of the country is covered
from our Dubin office where the others are based.
Shane has been installing car kits for over
eight years, and Trevor is in his second year.
At a time when it is vital
that road users are able to stay in touch legally,
amidst confusion at what exactly constitutes
a breach of the law and the best way to avoid
this, I am proud to be able to guarantee such
high standards of workmanship to all our customers.
The course has consolidated our installers knowledge
in such areas as voice quality, network capacity,
fraud protection and confidentiality, and data
and other GSM installation issues, whilst also
covering hands-on practical installation sessions.
It
is far too easy to dismiss or criticise things,
and often good work and achievement are overshadowed
in the process. But I feel that this achievement
on the part of our Installers should be recognised
and celebrated. It is thanks to the huge effort
of all our team, wherever in our company they
play their part, that Commercial Wireless has
been recently awarded O2 Dealer of the Month
for August.
Kind Regards,
Derek Mc Donald
