	By offering you cheaper calls at off-peak times
	By buying time on other operator's network, and selling it at reduced rates
	By offering you cheaper handsets to use on their network

(3) How will the MVNOs benefit the existing Irish networks?

	By gaining them additional customers at little expense to the networks
	By helping with the networks' advertising costs
	They won't help at all, as they are in direct competition with the networks
