TeamView
from Mapflow is a set of automated web and reporting services that can noticeably
improve the effectiveness of a firm's mobile field sales and service technicians.
TeamView provides companies with a non-intrusive means of extending critical management
control processes, to include staff when they are outside the normal office confines.
At
TeamView's core is the ability to locate and message any existing mobile handsets,
through connections with the mobile networks. Around this capability TeamView
provides a set of analysis and reporting functions, creating a digital dashboard
of mobile workforce activity and performance. TeamViewOnline is Mapflow's hosted
instance of TeamView, offered as an ASP service. TeamView offers a variety of

Resource Manager from Cyantel enables any business using a PC with internet
access to view the location of their mobile workers using location information
from the O2 phone network. Mobile Resource Manager is exclusively available in
Ireland to businesses using the O2 network.

Resource Manager requires no special hardware or tracking devices, and works with
all GSM/GPRS/3G handsets, PDAs & laptops (fitted with mobile SIM Cards), Blackberry
devices etc. It can be set up in minutes, and with no software to install, Mobile
Resource Manager is easy to use and instantly productive. Both
